What to bring:

• Please bring a journal and a pen
• If you have angel cards, please bring them, if not, Michelle will have a deck you can borrow
• Please bring your own water bottle or evening tea
• If you prefer to lie down during meditation, please bring a yoga mat and or pillow and blanket
• Anything you need to be comfortable, dress in layers, bring a blanket if you need one.
• An open heart and mind and belief in yourself!
