About the Event
One of the things that I am hearing right now, is the uncertainty, stress and anxiety that many people are experiencing. Â This is so understandable and for those of us who are sensitive, open hearted and intuitive, it can be really challenging to stay centered, peaceful, calm and loving when you are having so many feelings and there is so much chaos going on around us. Â It isn't getting any easier and so, to get through this with our well being and sanity intact, it can really help to work on your spiritual and emotional resiliency, a daily spiritual practice and ways to cope and what Spirit has to say and share about everything that is going on. Â This is a beautiful next step for those who have found themselves within a Spiritual Awakening, or developing more awareness or wanting more connection and wanting to be a part of the planet who brings the love and light in bigger and bigger ways. Â Join Michelle for a thoughtful and engaging workshop that will support you as you learn and find ways to decrease any stress and anxiety so that you can create more peace and contribute to loving vibes in bigger ways and feel like you are making a difference.
Attendees will be emailed a Zoom link 30 minutes prior to workshop start time.   Please make sure that you camera is on and is stable and once the workshop begins, all participants will be asked to mute their microphones  unless they are speaking.  Please have a journal and a pen handy!
