Join Michelle Morrison, Dr. Tara Drummond, Naturopathic Doctor, Mandy and Jaimi Hall, Reiki Master Teachers/Intutives for a beautiful three day retreat in a magical space.  The four of us truly enjoy collaborating and we have been talking about doing this for some time and now we are putting it into action and inviting you to join us for an epic long weekend of spiritual growth, development, community and connection.  Located on the beautiful shores of Okanagan Lake, Naramata Centre is a gorgeous retreat space to hold us and take care of your every need.  To be able to spend a greater length of time in this energy truly engages all of your abilities and deepens them in such huge ways.

Tai Chi Movement sessions

We will be covering a diverse range of topics, all created to support you in your highest state of energy, awareness and healing. Manifesting, spiritual empowerment, spirit animals, heart chakra opening, nervous system support, epigenetics, intuition development, readings for others,  mediumship,  Angels, Spirit Guides,  Channeling, Shamanic Healing, Naturopathic Healing, Meditation, Crystal Bowls, Group Fires, Creativity, and Tai Chi movement sessions.

This is an overview of what the weekend will look like:

Dates: Thursday May 23rd to Sunday May 26th, 2024

Check into Naramata Centre anytime after 3pm on Thursday May 23rd.  You will be on your own for dinner on Thursday, so you can choose to do whatever you want.

7-9pm: We will gather beginning at 7pm on Thursday evening for the retreat opening, intention setting, "get to know you" games and meditation.

Friday May 24th:

Breakfast, Tai Chi, morning sessions, lunch, healing and intuitive sessions, afternoon sessions, personal time and exploration, dinner, beach fire

Saturday May 25th:

Breakfast, Tai Chi, morning sessions, lunch, healing and intuitive sessions, afternoon sessions, personal time and exploration, dinner, beach fire/dance party

Sunday May 26th:

Breakfast, check out of rooms, final gathering, workshop close at 12pm, time to float home!

Investment:

Workshop fee: $444 (Early Bird price.  After March 1st, 2024, the cost goes to $555)

You can make choices to create a stay that suits you and your needs!

FOOD: Naramata Centre Meal Package for all three days, includes three breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners.  $202 plus GST  Let them take care of the cooking and cleaning and you just show up!  They do cater to special dietary needs.

OR You can also choose to bring your own food, each room has a small kitchenette or a common/shared kitchen area.

Accommodations: vary depending on your choice of type and your own room or sharing.

Sharing: between $165 and $225 per person plus GST for the whole weekend, you can choose to share with a friend or family member, or you can ask to be paired.  They also have triple rooms.

Single room between $330 - $450 plus GST for the weekend

Camping sites are also available but are limited, starting at $45 per night.  If you would like to bring your own RV, Tent, etc, please let us know asap.

You can also make your own accommodation arrangements, you do not have to stay at the center to attend the retreat.

What to bring:

Clothing for rain or shine, comfy clothes that are good when meditating or doing gentle movements, umbrella, a camp chair, yoga matt, blanket,  journal, reusable water bottle, reusable tea/coffee mug, snacks for your room, wine for your room or favorite beverages, angel cards if you have them, a few of your favorite crystals, beautiful intentions, your smile and loads of laughter!

Registration:

Registration must be completed by April 1, 2024.  Registrations afer April 1, 2024 will still be accepted if there is space, the cost after April 1st is $555.  Full payment for the retreat must be made by April 30th, 2024.
